This time I drew WOOD NYMPH, which is popular in both games and art contests.
I have tried to draw her several times before.
However, she has been drawn in this art contest many times, and I thought I couldn't be satisfied just by drawing.
WOOD NYMPH and I sat down and waited for the opportunity to create a work that many would find wonderful. And the time was full.

今回私が描いたのは、ゲームでもアートコンテストでも人気のWOOD NYMPHです。
私はいままでに何度か彼女を描こうとしたことがありました。
しかし、彼女は何度もこのアートコンテストで描かれてきており、ただ描くだけでは私は満足できないと思っていたのです。
多くの人に素晴らしいと感じてもらえる作品を作るために、WOOD NYMPHと私は正座して機会を待ちました。そして時が満ちたのです。
それでは、プロセスを解説していきます。

First of all, I drew her standing praying for her healing power.
But if the image remained the same, she wouldn't have entered the contest again.

まず私は彼女が癒しの力を発揮するために祈る立ち姿を描きました。
ですがイメージがこのままなら、今回も彼女はコンテストには出なかったでしょう。

One day, while eating, some art ideas came to my mind.

It may be boring just to see this, but the beautiful image of NYMPH was clearly spread in my brain!

ある日、食事中にいくつかのアートのアイディアが私の頭に浮かびました。

Based on the standing figure I drew at the beginning, I will draw NYMPH lying down.
I drew her clothes and hair and used a gradient map to make her skin green.

最初に描いた立ち姿をベースに、私は寝そべるNYMPHを描いていきます。
彼女の衣、髪を描き、グラデーションマップを用いて肌を緑色にしました。

Draw a rough background and draw the flowers that became her bed.

おおまかに背景を描いて、彼女のベッドになった花を描き込みます。

I will trim her hair. And don't forget her flower hair ornaments.
The color of her eyes is unique. I still want to be cute.

彼女の髪を整えていきます。そして花の髪飾りも忘れずに。
目の色は独特ですね。それでも可愛くしたい。

While referring to the bouquet of dried flowers, I will draw the background firmly.
Her white branches and leaves and her clothes give her a neat atmosphere. I wanted to draw this atmosphere!
All that's left is to make her beautiful.

ドライフラワーのブーケを参考にしながら、背景をしっかりと描き込んでいきます。
白い枝葉と衣が彼女を清楚な雰囲気にしてくれます。この雰囲気が描きたかった！
あとは彼女を美しく仕上げるのみです。
