Purchasing a Keep: Marshals Log

Hello Hivers!
Well I was hoping for an $SPS presale pump so that I could use my earnings to purchase a Keep and move from Warden to a Marshal. Well the hype flywheel kicked in a bit but we haven't seen the actual FLYWHEEL kick in yet. Lets hope we see it kick in around the general sale or possibly after the conversion costs are lowered.

Well my timeline got bumped up a bit by Gathering the Magic's video posted below. I had been eyeballing a few Keeps in the 85 Xiang Pho that were only going for $888 USD and one in a very active region. Well Gathering actually called out the owner of 85 and said he should raise he's prices which he did. Well I believe the player and some others took heed of what Gathering said in his videos and the Keep I had been eyeing sold and the prices almost doubled. (By the way, I would have done the same if I was any of these other players.)

This had me kicking myself for not just purchasing the Keep earlier. So I decided it was time to move now. So I have moved around some of the other Crypto money that has just been sitting staked not earning much and well I just want to do something more with it.

I am now a Marshal and I am in 85 Xaing Pho tract 6. I paid more then I wanted to but I had the funds and am very excited for the future of land and item crafting.

Now I haven't seen much of what Keep or Castle ownership is like so I will be updating you guys on occasion and show you guys what kind of returns I am seeing and how long it takes to get my investment back.
