  3. Umm this one, I'd say yes it is forbidden. Because Jarlax was only to be forgiven for his soul harvesting if he would do his duties as a summoner and win battles. So if he need to be forgiven for soul harvesting, it means soul harvesting was forbidden and he broke the rules. So the need for forgiveness,
