From EVRadio Newsroom: No longer content to merely describe in detail how he will beat his opponent into submission and then follow through to the letter, the MMA superstar's leaking psychic energy on the run-up to his clash with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has caused a National Disaster in the form of Hurricane Harvey. The life-threatening hurricane struck Corpus Christi, Texas, approximately 24 hours before the historical showdown, sending thousands fleeing further inland. The hurricane is predicted to move in and out along the coast, harassing locals and damaging infrastructure for days.
If one looks closely at the satellite imagery of Hurricane Harvey, what appears to be the face of Conor McGregor can be made out.
EV Radio contacted McGregor's publicity team for comment on the psychic leakage, but were refused comment. We suspect because they underestimate the sheer willpower of their employer and find the association we've made to be ridiculous. We did, however, get a hold of an intern who wished to comment anonymously, saying "there's not much we can do about it at this stage, anyway. Asking Conor to drive the hurricane away will break his concentration [for the upcoming fight]".
