This disparity between boys and girls are universal. But considering the chances that a girl is efficient enough and can compete with boys no doubt she deserve a chance to play at national or international level.
Even in India two women wrestlers Geeta and Babita Phogat have come to international arena by fighting local matches with boys. By competing with boys she developed more skils and tackling. However when it comes to playing for national and international level she only wrestle with women team.
Just the physical appearance keeping them apart elese many athelete ans sporta women have matching endurance ans stamina as that of boys. Hope some day we see some parity.

At its core it seems just that simple. If we disregard sex and just focus on ability and skill then you can let anyone who is good enough play.
