I am not too sure if there is anything wrong with Salah celebrating his goals. I mean in the match between Real Madrid and Bayern, James celebrated as if Real had done him some form of wickedness yet not spiteful.
I think the era of respecting clubs you worked with is not an issue Celebrate but respectfully. Why deprive your employee the joy he deserves because of history
