Imagine if everyone, instead of standing or sitting in front of their computers and personal laptops the whole time, would run in place as they did their online work. Lower back pain and excess fat would have a hard time to affect the body when you keep yourself energetic and in motion. Every 5 days a week I go for a run twice a day and it keeps me sharp and agile, as well as, alert and focused. Nothing compares to a good workout aside from prayer/fasting/and reading the word of God. Healthy life healthy market. Steem on

Very true. Beside fasting, prayers and reading the word of God, exercise plays a very key role in a person's health. It prevents a lot of disorders that may be incurred without it.
