Good Morning
The rainy mornings continue in my city, and the rainy runs do too. I have tried running in the rain for the first time, and I’ve got to admit that it is quite cool; pun intended. Barring the need to be careful on wet roads, rest is great about the run.
I am getting into a schedule where meditation and runs are part of my everyday schedule. I think it is necessary, especially with the distractions that I am subject to in a day. It is really important for me to stay focused. There’s nothing better than meditation to keep me going. Of course, more than meditation, it is the prayers that I need to ensure. 😊
So, how was my morning schedule?
Having got up at 4:30 a.m. I got meditating on Joe Dispenza’s guided meditation. It is quite a thing, and I recommend it to everyone. Thereafter, by 5:30 a.m. I went for my run. The time to complete the distance goes up because I’ve got to be slow and careful during the run. Since I started early in the morning, time was not an issue. I did a seven-kilometer run, and because it was raining, I felt quite comfortable.
Once home, I had to get into something dry, and then I went in for another session of meditation. Then some weights focusing on arms, shoulders, and abs. That was it for the morning.
However, I couldn’t complete it without a few sessions of Ho’oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.
😊
Did You Know?
About a year back, I had written about the abdominal plank record belonging to George Hood of the USA. The timing was an impressive and astounding 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds. What is even more astounding is that this is not the record anymore.
Daniel Scali of Australia is the new abdominal plank record holder. Daniel stayed in the plank position for 9 hours 30 minutes and 1 second. That’s more than an hour over the previous record.
Both George and Daniel are people to look up to, as George was 62 years old when he made his record, while Daniel has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), leaving his left arm in constant pain!
Respect!
