It was earlier reported that the former Lyon star, Nabil Fekir's move was stopped as a result of an injury he sustained, but his former agent says it was more than that.

Nabil Fekir’s former agent has revealed that demands from the player's entourage came late and was a major factor in his inability to be signed up by Liverpool in the summer of 2018.

Fekir, Lyon star had made plans to move to Anfield after travelling to Liverpool to finalise a deal that speculations had was to be worth about £53 million (€60m/$66m) but Liverpool had a change of heart and had it cancelled at the very last minute.

Pierre Bernes, his former representative claims that it wasn't only injury which stopped the deal pulling through.
