Liverpool's Mohamed Salah, former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo and the man behind Croatia's success in the World Cup Luka Modric have all made it to the top 10 shortlisted by UEFA for the Player of the Year Award.
Salah scored an astonishing 44 goals last season for Liverpool to take them to the Final of the UEFA Champions League last season.
While for Ronaldo, who recently moved to Juventus, scored 42 goals last season, taking Real Madrid to yet another UEFA Champions League title. His former teammate Luka Modric also makes it to the list. The Croatian captain was a huge reason why Croatia reached the World Cup final and also had immense contribution in Real Madrid's Champions League success as well.
Others making it to the top 10 include Barcelona's Lionel Messi, Chelsea's Eden Hazard, the architect of the Manchester City's title winning team Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Ramos.
The French World Cup winning trio Antoine Griezmann, Kylian Mbappe and Raphael Varane complete the list.
