Yesterday we had our first frost and wind made it not unpleasant for any outdoor activities. So we decided to go to some large - warm - furniture shops to orientate ourselves on some new fauteuils for our house and a new salontable.
Here we say fauteuil for a one seater in the sitting area whereas a chair goes around a table.
First shop had plenty salon tables which come in two or three in todays trend. And we gotta be trendy...
(PS Adds about seats and sofas show the most terrible taste there is; are they know in the US of A maybe? ;) )
The chair part is much more difficult as we are both above 6 feet tall and the trend is either a low back or you end up with the relax-fauteuils for senior citizens with the moving feet support etc
The third shop - all are in the same block luckily - had some of our favorite brand called Leolux and yes this Dutch brand takes care for taller people as well. Tjis 2000 EUR quality fauteuil was great. So this is a maybe while we have to check some other ones eleswehere as they did not have these in the shop.
The color will be a different one. A lot of colors to choose from.
