Steem Accelerator Hub commonly known as STACH has finally arrived in Uyo on the 20th of January, 2018. This project wouldn't have been successfully accomplished today if not for the help of wonderful steemians such as @ejemai @fisteganos @nairadaddy @samtickkz @euronation just to mention a few. The STACH community has really been of great assistance to the Uyo steemit community at large and I know they are just getting started!

The Day

My day started with alot of speculations on how the occasion would unfold and I couldn't help but feel nervous as I was about to meet people I haven't met before, people that bring great value to the Steemit community in general. My friends @giftessiet @alisonudeme particularly weren't helping as they were busy ranting o and on about what to expect, so we decided to work off the anxiety by getting something to eat.

At arrival at the hub, I was just in time to meet the official opening by @ejemai.

Lectures By Reputed Steemians

@ejemai spoke on the need to start taking Steemit serious so power comes back to us(the youths) instead of waiting around for the so called LEADERS .
He talked about how poorly the people are treated and the need to rise and take what is rightfully ours rather than being blinded by empty promises.

@fisteganos from @onequality. Talked on the essence of quality post on Steemit. He also replied to questions, and a notible reply was that ypu don't just make quality post and go back to sleep expecting to wake up and see a mricale. You should also relate and build friendships and bonds here on Steemit. Which reminds me of the Steemit quote;

@nairadaddy from air-clinic spoke on the importance of members actively contributing to the progress of the clinic. So if you haven't joined the air-clinic on discord, you can do so here.

@euronation was very encouraging when he shared his story of how he started out on the Steem blockchain and how #euronation came to be. He said we should look at every challenge as an opportunity for a testimony.

@samstickkz talked about cryptocurrency and the need to invest in steem.

Refreshments came and the ever loving @sussan with a STACH inspired lunch cake.
