Automation, intention, and consistency plays a big part in this. You have to take the time out to create a workflow before you can enjoy the fruits of your labor. One thing you should never sleep on is the power of environment. Esthetics such as lighting, colors, scents, and sound/music can be the determining factor in your experience while providing a service or creating a product. Look at musicians, they create music based on the vibe in the studio. Its all about rhythm. When you create in a certain rhythm you can produce these results consistently.
