I plan to add one more winner's slot based on a purely random seed.

Possibly based on the the sum of reply count, resteems and payout value (which has been declined) all combined. I'll update you on the details soon.

The payout will be another 10 SBD -- Purely random, so no one gains by trying to time the resteem at certain times. This way everyone has even a better chance.
