I was pretty loose with the hiring process, and I apologize because I am still getting to know many of you. The HR dept will help me organize and evaluate going forward.
I just completed initial funding of the departments as well (music, engineering, HR)
I divided the funding among 5 people to force coordination among the different individual departments to prevent redundant effort because I can't keep track of what everyone has and/or needs.
I split the funding between mrprecious, guyzygwin, joshuaetim, empato365, and lordjames. So if anyone is looking for a team to help, feel free to ask them!
Now that I am all caught up with the hiring process, I will be finishing the "time" art contest post.
Lordjames is more up to date on current steemjet events than I. So going forward, I will probably just fund his personal account until the steemjet account starts generating revenue. And when that starts, look out sky, because we will be steeming high!

As the artist who heads the Art department. I wanna take up a useful project called STEEMJET ART FIESTA. Trust me this is gonna be very useful because it will help steemjet attain it's goal of global steem adoption, I am good at socialising wih a lot of people especially kid, So I wanna run a littl contest for steemjet Artists who can give us the best Arts that would be used to impact the knowledge of cryptos into children who are the leaders of tomorrow and then use the best results from this contest to undergo the Steemjet Art FIESTA project.
I cannot do this without your support and that's why I am writing this request for funds to run this in a unique way.
The reward for the winner who would gives the best art that can be used to teach children crypto would be #200steem so that it will make contestants think creatively. Other prices will be attached for runner ups and estimated amount to run the contest could result into #600steem.

Like serious this is a nice point,
I have noticed that some steemjet members are requesting for STEEM for their personal needs, even some of the steemjet space force, which suppose not to be so. The STEEM power delegated to space force member are to be used to upvote new members and to upvote steemjet tag with #steemjet as been said by dimimp (lunch code) , but the reverse is the case, most of the steemjet space force member are only using this sp to upvote them self, I guess they think that is the only thing @dimimp have for the space force, and we have so many new members of the steemjet that are in need of upvote, that is what make new members to be asking @dimimp for liquid STEEM even when they have not done anything for the community, as it was said earlier by @empato365 that many people are asking him of liquid steem.
Here is my suggestion / wayforward
If possible the space member get payout every month for their job done (maybe 100steem each to all the steemjet Space force team)
I think this will reduce begging of upvote from both new member and space force team from @dimimp blog, which will reduce the number of comment on the blog and the steemjet space force team will be able to focus on the new members coming in to achieve the community aims and objectives.
This is just my view sir as Human Resources and customer care department (welfare)
Please I will like the boss should look into this. This is just a suggestion sir as I mean no arm for the community.

The thing is that mobile users can't access these comments if everyone posts images. At the moment our standard is to not allow any images and we have reduced the amount of spam a lot. However I do still agree with you, it's sometimes inconvenient to post everything into a post. We might gradually start allowing, for example, one new design per one post. I need to hear @dimimps and my team's opinion first though.
We basically have two options; 1. Wait a long time to see laggy comments or 2. Open every design in every tab inconveniently. Allowing one design MIGHT be a solution to this or it might not be.
Update: Talked with my team about it. We will start allowing one new design per one person per one post. Hope this helps you.

Let's be frank bro @abdulmanan...i Think the 600sp is your payment because you are not only expected to upvote new steem jetians but also your posts and comments. Doing the former alone will leave you with nothing in your pocket which shouldn't be, Alot of other space force members are using their sp to upvote themselves too and I wouldn't want to call names because I see it using steemnow.com. So I suggest you do same unless the boss @dimimp is totally against it, then I will also suggest he makes another way to reward your efforts.

This is actually a very valid and interesting question.
As someone who volunteered to make the "weekly/monthly delegatee stats report" to monitor all Space Force members voting behaviour, one thing I have noticed is that most Space Force members opted to self-vote in order to grow their account and make some profit in return. The curation rewards from upvoting posts/comments isn't just enough and with that I understand most sentiment.
If I may suggest a solution to this predicament boss @dimimp. I propose to make a communal steemjet account which has a decent SP enough to give rewards (through upvotes) that will upvote all Space Force members posts. The upvote could be limited to 1post/day to avoid spam posting. This will also encourage all Space Force members to at least make a post on a daily basis and thus achieve retention which we are all hoping for.
I am not sure as to what most of the Space Force members think of as a reasonable upvote worth, but something along the line of $3-$5 wouldn't be a bad thing. The communal account also would be getting a lot of "curation rewards" in the process. So I think it is a win-win for everybody.
I love this idea. It will reduce the monthly pay and encourage the workers to do more. In most places one dollar is a lot of money. It has been proven that majority of the masses in most countries live below $1 a day. If the account upvotes a post with $5 once a day i think there will be balance with income and expenditures. An example is minnows surpport done by @yoo1900. Nice one

I believe we are making sense and taking into account future occurrence of more space force members requiring for more money. He should understand that most of the liquid steem given out would have been used to mine more and benefit many. Human want is insatiable and some economic policy should be put in place for check and balances.

I recommend that you change up the 2nd design a bit. At the moment it has very few modifications to the original picture that can be found from https://www.greenrelief.ca/blog/medical-marijuana-get-me-high. We don't want any legal troubles so you should change it some more.

After chatting with the security team we have come to the conclusion to allow ONE design per one person per one post. We will still keep working on the spam but one design won't hurt too much. So yes, you're allowed to post your designs once again but keep in mind that if you, for example, make many versions of the design just post the best one and leave a link to the rest.

AUDIO/NARRATION FOR OLIVIA AND THE SUPERSTAR - SELFMADE
Hi @dimimp, so prior to the video done by the development, courtesy of @yhaulez, I came up with an audio and narration for the story. I narrated the story using my smartphone and I compiled it by merging it with the video using my smartphone. There are two audios in this video. One is the background music and the other is my audio narration of the story olivia and the superstar.

This is simply a masterpiece for you @dimimp. Judgemental criticism is allowed and I will be willing to make edits where necessary. This is the first narration ever to be made for olivia and the superstar and I would like to open the floor with these. I hope i managed to touch your heart with this brilliant piece @dimimp.
Olivia and the superstar is written and designed by @sharzi, a lover of cartoons and a good innovator. I also can't wait for @dimimp to finally draft out the full story on his blog, would love to see that but meanwhile I've designed this classic design.
Don't also forget the name we're giving to our token on steemjet - stars which would really be a wonderful idea and a great innovation.
What do you think about stars and the audio narration @dimimp. Hope I did touch your heart.

@dimimp, In respect to the SMT's jetsar and star.... i did my research and Currently there are pro-developers working to build a forerunner testnet which should enable other developers play with this in issuing out a token or coin, and certain parameters can be set for inflations, ICO -initial coin offerings and how we can monetize star and jetstar that will be our token which would be based on the steem blockchain so basically we are waiting for the smt testnet to be released so i'll get the git codes and start working on it.
But as you requested, we'll get a budget to cover this... For now, we can finish with our website which i would be done with very soon and we can create a bot using the steemjet account from @lordjames to reward new users on steemjet. I'll let you know of the progress in a day or two days time. Thanks for the review.

I've done my research and we should get the SMT's soon once its launched.
Here's how the website is going. I decided to show and display some of the pages of the website to show the progress.. Don't mind the "bow to space force delegates" this is just an example... I'm still working on them. Just wanted to put some humor into it.
Hopefully we'll be able to include the SMT's star and jetstar and include them in our website once its achieved.
For the meanwhile, we'll just need any support we can get from you in form of steem. (you be the judge of what we deserve for our services). Thank you.

Thanks for entrusting to us the development team with this task as listed on our proposal @dimimp.
I will provide reports and update on our work as we progress. Although not as requested but we can always make do with what we have. I have shortlisted a few from our budget and we can get a server host for our first ever upvote bot and also a web server inclusive.
I'm also grateful because finally we can have the gears for the team and I can tutor them on how to use commands in making the bots work efficiently on the discord server. Now every developer on the team will be fully equipped.
