Quality means here greater STEEM POWER. Not judging anyone I have seen lots of people submitting picture in photography section taken by mobile and earning >$100 in couplo of minutes. I am not saying that my dog photos are the best, but spend on them lots of time with camera and postproduction. People will eventually come back to FB. Although it work the same you have no impression at least at the first glance that someone is earning on you. I think in a long run I will choose to promote my post (which FB has cut down its range) rather than beg for upvote here
