I agree with all the cons that came with the HF19, but im not convinced taht going back to the non-linear voting would help good content to get exposure...one of the pros of the lienar voting is that unknown good content can get a somewhat good payout due to only handful of voters

you didnt prove anything at all...you just confirmed that there are cons...you didnt address the matter "good content can get rewwarded if only one wealthy investor spots it" at all:D
