Thanks very much for continuing to draw attention to this issue. I think the concept of steemit is fantastic, but the average experience for a new user is somewhat disheartening. I have seen people put a lot of effort into several posts, get almost 0 recognition or reward, and then disappear. If there was more curation going on, there would be more chance of them getting a few dollars worth of encouragement to continue. As you have been saying the incentives for this kind of curation is not quite there at the moment.
