If you are supposed to have a payout of $18.10. The estimated SBD is $9.05 you are right. The other half supposed to be for steem power so will be divided based on current steem price. Example if steem price is at $6.25, you will earn 9.05 divided by 6.25 that roughtly gives you 1.448 steem power payout.
