Just found about about Steem recently from their ANN thread on Bitcointalk forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1483957.0) , The first though that comes to my mind , this cryptocurrency will be huge , it give many opportunity to people who dont have "big" mining equipment to participate by writing.
