RE: The Number One Fix to Improve Steem's Chances for Mainstream Adoption

in #steem6 years ago

Thanks @kevinwong for pointing out this seriously if you are new on this platform it is hard to get noticed unless if you have connections.Am a steem promoter in my country who brings people to this platform but have realized if you cannot support the person then telling them about steemit is worthless because they get frustrated after posting for a month and commenting without even making 5SBDs..Every single day steemit gets harder and the newbies cannot survive for long it is all about who knows you not the quality you produce.

Sort:

well they can survive, they just do not have to expect to earn and be grateful if they do...
other platforms do not pay you either...
A big problem is that people expect/demand to be paid.

a bigger problem is that steem-preachers start off with "come and post and earn. steemit pays. blah blah."

jerry and co...

yeah, that is the wrong approach in my opinion, that is partly why as member of a witness team (@swisswitness) I do not vote for him.

@holybranches true that is how we do it by the way but what do you think is the best approach?

be real with your preaching.

dont be phony.

talk from your heart.

can you earn? yes.

is it very very hard to earn? yes.

abandon your sugary lips whenever you envangelize steemit. cheers.
