Steemit.chat is a great tool for sure.... but would an on-chain STEEM private messaging system where you can send private messages to people on the blockchain be possible?! This will allow for upvotes and rewards... and the accounts to be the same as the STEEM accounts... I don’t know if it’s possible and it might just lead to reward pool rape within PMs... but maybe it’s worth a bounty...
