It doesn't matter if you have no followers. What matters though, is that they will see a ton of notifications mentioning them in posts asking about listing STEEM on their exchange. So, no matter how low your follower count is, you will be making a difference with your voice!
EDIT: forgot to answer, we are on Netcoins already but if you mean why is it not showing on CMC, I have no idea.
