Why not improve the Steemit platform?

-he's got a hard-to-use editor. Created by Nerd for nerd:-)
-He has no groups or anything. It is difficult to find the posts of people who follow or more interesting.
-Search works poorly.
-it is not translated into any language

Wouldn't it be the case to make an investment on the development of the platform?
