Would it be fair to say then that people that don't value your opinion, they should downvote your comment, like your's above? That is the problem with this platform, you should not downvote someone because you disagree with their opinion. Can you counter his argument about why the price is suffering in view of Steemit's supposed growth? IMO, it is because the site has become filled with vile, and that simple fact alone will drive investors away. I came to this platform with very high hopes and invested my own money, only to learn that it is nothing more than a big 'ole wasp nest. And I have been stung!

I have already did. I don't feel the need to make myself more clear than I already did, and I simply don't see what you don't understand about my comment (and others) above. JB is very greedy and I lost all the respect that I got for him. He showed this numerous times, but I don't have the energy to describe all the examples that I am aware of in this matter.
And secondly, everybody as a Steem Power holder has the right to downvote anything.
Because your opinion is just that... an opinion. You provide no factual evidence to the contrary. But it IS your opinion and just because someone doesn't agree with it doesn't mean they should downvote you. So JB is greedy, and so is berniesanders (aka nextgencrypto and a host of others names), but if Steemit allows it to be this way, so be it. It is what it is... a screwed up platform where there is no place to draw a line in the sand. It reminds me of being back in Jr. High School again. Everybody just needs to grow up a little.
The difference between Bernie and Jerry is that Bernie admits that he is into this for money. Jerry pretends he cares about the good of this platform, while he is only trying to get rich.

He wants to change an entire blockchain in order to get more money. This is horrible and I, like many others here, feel that I have all the rights to flag him.
I don't know who you are, but you seem pretty close to JB, if not a second account of his. I don't care about it, I just want to make it clear that I am not a bad, and I really care about Steem. I don't self upvote, buy votes and I don't make selfish proposals.

Close to JB? Now that is funny. The guy borders freakdom! I'm not so sure about your take though on BS as he got irrate when I called him out on his raping the rewards pool (he does actually hide behind multiple accounts) I also want to see Steemit do good, but with all that is happening, I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy.
