Help with POWER UP - Please help me out if you can, thanks.

Hey everyone,

I am trying to POWER UP and I keep getting a "transaction broadcast error." Can anyone tell me what that is or how to get around it? I imagine this is operator error and admit this is my first time trying to power up so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. :-)
