Great post published by utopian. I want to suggest you to please provide a tutorial for entrepreneurs who are not technical to host their project as well as getting contribution from the community with the help of utopian.
I have few ideas that I want to start, but finding it difficult as I am not that much technical person.
What I learned from this post is I have to submit task request first for contributions. Is it so ??
I have started an account on github where I will start many open source projects. I am searching for logo for my open source organization. So can I get contributions fro community for this ??? Will utopian approve it ??
After that I will start my first open source project. I am totally non technical, so is it possible that open source community will build my whole application from graphics to designing of website in html CSS ( front-end), developing back end etc.
Please solve my queries...

Thanks for your commen Vijas, I never thought that was possible, so I could also check with them to create some p2p blockchain loan microfinance system. Is crazy to think how we all can change the world during this times.
