Yea. They say they want to be "accepted", but looking at groups like those condemning Drew Brees, Focus on the Family and Chick-fil-A, it seems as if, they are seeking more than acceptance, they are seeking "approval".
That's a big difference:
- Acceptance = Ok, cool. Good for you. I dont care, doesnt bug me. You do you.
- Approval = I totally approve, agree, AND accept what you do. I endorse it.
Acceptance is a fair request, approval is not.
