As a mother, I have dedicated myself completely to the education of my four children. Three of them are already professionals and the youngest is about to finish her high school studies. Each child has a particular character or personality.

When children are respectful, loving, affectionate and disciplined, logically this produces satisfaction in the parents. However, when children show rebellion and disobedience, this creates sadness and pain in us parents.

Unfortunately, there are children who, due to their circumstances, abandon their parents and leave them in oblivion. I know of many cases, but the important thing is that each parent review their relationship with their children and try, as far as possible, to correct the selfish behaviors that they can present from an early age.

It is true that all parents like to have fair, good and very responsible children in life, this, of course, will help them in the future to become model children in society. What we cannot deny is that within the family nucleus, we will find one of our children, who will bring sadness to the home. I know of homes where children for taking bad roads and bad examples have lost their lives in police meetings. This brings pain and sadness in the parents. I also know the family, in which children are very obedient and studious and achieve their professional goals. These children become joy for parents.

If we want to have a successful family, the main thing is to instill Christian principles in our children and let the Word of God be the lamp that illuminates their path.
