My beloved Blockchain church and steemit, I have noted with concern that many quality publications are overlooked, and that the intensity of aid for healing vows in our community has declined. To date there are 8 apostles of the @steemchurch, including its board of directors and angeles curators, but it has been a while since they were seen, with all due respect I dare to ask them WHAT HAPPENS ?. Maybe it is difficult to read all the publications and vote for all, but if they are less the work will be very difficult, if everyone cooperated to fulfill that vision that our leader has, Sirius, it will surely achieve a better performance.
My proposal is that @steemchurch and its executive committee look for trustworthy people in the community and where they can delegate functions. For example, it is necessary for people to review, catalog and evaluate publications, in terms of quality, type, gender and level of importance, so that they can be rewarded according to their level of quality. On the other hand you need a staff that is responsible for security, to monitor and determine if there is spam content or not suitable for this community; also as there is a musical @steemchurch, there should be an artistic @steemchurch, in terms of painting and other types of art. But the most important thing is that maybe an embassy or representatives of @steemchurch should be created in each country where its members come to life, in this way the church could expand in such a way that it could be the largest Christian church in the world, and thus fulfill with the vision and mission of it.

To finish I think that the most important thing of all this is the mutual cooperation, supporting and knowing us all, impelling the one that is starting and that the one above helps the one below, thus creating a culture of help so that we can all be above in equal conditions .
