To be in Krakow and not to have one is like not to be in Krakow at all.

I've seen those everywhere, but I doubt they make it gluten free, I guess I'm not here then, heh.

Also, @apsu, I think you might be regretting now that you didn't come, I think you would've liked the bread world here.

      I'm wondering if it would be possible to make a gf obwarzanek. Maybe using a bagel dough as a base? I'm sensing however loads of xantan gum. Would that be OK?
