After reviewing the hunt it looks like that the Application has been just announced. Adding another platform for your service does not make it automatically another service or product. So, in that case, you have to look very closely into the matter.
In this case, the mobile application gives the streaming service the actually needed push to listen to music not only on a desktop but also mobile, which is essential for this kind of streaming services. It can be therefore seen as a major update and is good for verification.
