As someone who was planning to invest in altcoins but now has to wait due to the recent cryptocurrency market crash, I'd definitely support exchanges that converted altcoins into fiat. Another solution would be for the crypto community to help share small altcoins with excellent practical uses such as STEEM, BAT, and Siacoin. Right now, most people believe that Bitcoin is the main cryptocurrency and assume that all cryptocurrencies don't have any practical use. Many people also invest based on the opinion of the mainstream instead of researching the market themselves. Spreading the word about altcoins and showing people that Bitcoin is actually one of the weakest of the Top 100 Cryptocurrencies due to its outdated features, use of PoW instead of PoS, and very high transaction fees would also help to solve this problem.
