It is very deceiving, the "Article payout" is the total payout for the post, including all other votes (not just bidbot votes)
Investing such an amount at once in only 1 paid upvote bot. It's really insane. I think I will follow a few of these steemonians to see if I will be able to earn a little curation reward.

as a new member, this bid bot system seems like the platform's dirty little secret. i'm not saying i'm too good for it. I don't even know how it works, yet. pay for play? that's life in general.
Yes, it is not very secret, but it is certainly not something that I would miss if it were gone. It is a very power full tool for anyone with money to spend.

Interesting stuff, these bots are too confusing for a cat to use though. 😹 It also seems odd and unsustainable if everyone can just use bots to make money. Where does the actual cash come from? Certainly pennies aren't Turing into hundreds for some who have mediocre content yet pay for bots? mRrrrrrrrrr...
I really think these bidbots are a problem that truly needs to be solved. Sooner or later the community will be more likely to address it, as mediocre posts steel hundreds from the rewards pool.
