There is no other social media platform that is more beneficial to the human race than Steemit. The reward system creates a demand for quality content and kindness.

Think about it. The benefits of being a good person are so great that people will adjust the way they communicate with others in hopes of being rewarded. People are not as kind on other social media platforms. We all know this to be true. It's not even close.

The more time that one spends blogging and commenting on Steemit, the better their communication skills will be elsewhere. There is no denying the fact that at least some people will become better versions of them because of this website.

Human beings are programmed with built in reward systems that make us feel good for having performed beneficial tasks. The reward system Steemit offers is no different.
Think About The Future
In the future we will see more reward systems created which will change the world forever. Steemit is only one of the first to manifest. These reward systems will have the power to completely sculpt our reality into one which we can only right now dream of. One day we will live in a negative-free world. A perfect world.

The only problem I foresee with steemit is that some users may be deterred from posting their content because it could disagree with other peoples views. There could be times when users self-censor so that their profits don't suffer. Possibly....

Well said! I agree. I don't have much else to add unfortunately, but decided to come over and check out your page after you commented on mine and I wanted to leave some feedback and upvotes. PS I followed you as well cause you were so nice on the other thread.. And this is sort of reflected in what you're saying in this post.. When people have an incentive to more respectful they often are, if they have an incentive to be less respectful, likewise they similarly often are.. Not always. I'm not claiming absolutes, just generalities. But yeah. I'm really excited to see where steemit goes in the future! Hopefully it grows a lot and helps change the world. :) For some people it already has!
Yep, Steemit has already began changing the world for some.
It changed my world. Steemit forced me the rewrite the business plan for the website I am creating. As soon as I came across Steemit I had new visions and creative ideas. This was the missing piece to the puzzle.

I dunno dude, I think it might take a little while for this to get traction. I just started digging into it today and I'm already noticing a decent amount of low quality posts and out of place/unneeded comments as replies. I definitely think a decentralized social media platform is a good thing, but if people see it as a cash grab they might try to game the system in a way that makes the system itself look unpolished.
I agree with you to a degree. I can't go all in with you because we see manipulation of social media analytics with dummy accounts, etc on all platforms and it hasn't inhibited their growth. I can see that when money is involved this behavior will be policed much more by the users as we get the division of the haves vs have-nots, but at least steemit is trying a proactive approach and shaking it up with the HF.
