How to be happy if you depressed

If you reading this then you are in need for a light hearted cheerup to get over what ever is busy bothering you.... Well suck it up buttercup... No just kidding, i could never be a drill Sargeant as i see humour in most things in life. The secret is to dont care what anyone thinks about you as long you always think of yourself as being awesome. Remember way back in the beginning of your existence you were the strongest fastest swimmer from milions of competitors.... You were born a winner and from there you formed yourself to the person you are today.... So stop listening to everyone elses opinion and figure it all for yourself, if you could do it in the beginning, you can surely do it today with all the knowledge you have gained over your lifetime.
