IMHO, you are placing too much emphasis on the steemit.com site and not the Steem blockchain. . .Growth of the Steem coin can occur from applications that are built off the blockchain and I'm not talking about SMT etc but other applications that would like to incorporate the ease of use Steem connect. I dont disagree that the site is buggy, but you are on the ground level and I also understand the great deal of programming that is involved in making all of this possible.
