You are a newcomer in Steemit, don’t know from where to start? Mind full of fear, what to write and how people will react to see your writing? What comment they will through to you? Your English is poor? You have less communication skill? --- Hesitation to write articles and most importantly trying to write the best articles!

--- Trying to earn from first day joining Steemit

--- Less knowledge about the platform (Not reading the FAQ section properly)

--- Quite different and difficult application compared to other social media

--- Having fewer friends in this platform compared to other social medial like facebook

--- Poor knowledge about blockchain technology

--- Poor English and interacting power

--- Become hopeless when quality articles are not evaluated

Though I have been in steemit for not so long, can give below suggestions for the new joiners with my limited knowledge and experience. Other readers comments and value addition are appreciated.

--- Start fearless writing, don’t bother about people what they will say

--- Be selective and write on topic considering your strength

--- Don’t loose confidence when your good content are not upvoted as expected. Keep writing and definitely it will be evaluated one day.

--- Don’t panic about earning, it will come eventually

--- Invite friends to join steemit so that you can build a community and feel comfortable

--- Focus on time management. Give more time to steemit deducting time from other social media which rewards nothing.

--- Enhance reading practice. Try to read at least one good article every day which will enhance your knowledge and writing abilities.

--- Follow reputed stemians who have good reputation scores

--- Read good articles attentively and make quality comments to get the attention of writers and get some upvotes.

--- Participate on different competition arranged for minnows. It will give you the confidence.

Steemit is a platform which can change ones life, I believe. There is an immense feeling when you create something, it’s like giving birth of a child. Steemit has given that opportunity.

Forget about the earning. When you are going to write about any topic, you have to study and unconsciously you are gathering knowledge. This is something worth than money.

Just push your boundaries and keep hitting on targets. Money definitely will come eventually.
