The Law Of Attraction - What Is It And How Do You Apply It To Your Life?

Today I'm going to write about the Law Of Attraction. Maybe you have heard of it before, maybe you don't, however I will explain to you. Have you read the book or watch the movie The Secret? If you have I can start by saying, congratulations, you are already heading for a life where you are a conscious creator of your own life. For those who have not taken part in The Secret, I think the movie and the book are a great way to start, and give a very good overview of what LOA really is. If you have started, there is so much more to see, read and take in when it comes to one of the universe's biggest law.

Briefly described, the Law Of Attraction is a universal law that says "equally attracts the same."
By expanding the description, this means that you create your own reality, by attracting all your thoughts and feelings into your life. For example, if you focus on how scary something is, then you will attract more situations that resemble this fear into your life.

1. "If you want to change your life, you must first change your thoughts" - All living on earth has its own frequencies. We also exchange frequencies with each other when we meet other people. People living on the same frequency enjoy each other well, while people who are at completely different frequencies than yourself are more difficult to understand and agree with. The frequencies can also be seen as our thoughts and values. We simply work best with like-minded people.

Positive thoughts and frequencies will therefore attract other positive thoughts and frequencies, while negative thoughts will attract more negative thoughts and less good things. Like a bad circle. You become what you think.


2. "Everything You Want, Will You Get" - Want to get better grades, get that dream job or meet the right one? According to the Law of Attraction, everything is possible! It is about constantly visualizing and thinking that everything will happen. The power of the tank is stronger than you think, try to see. We all have ever experienced that we had unusually good flow at some point. It all started with a positive event, which then planted more positive thoughts within you, which then resulted in another positive event or experience. That's the way you have to think in order to finally achieve your goals. Positivity produces joy, strength, confidence and happiness, while negativity causes irritation, stress, anger and frustration. Learn to change focus and thereby increase your positive frequency!

3. "How do I do?" - There is an easy exercise for those who want to test the law. Take three papers, write clearly anything you want, on top of each paper. Under these headlines, you'll write, "The reasons I want this are the following ...". Then you write down all the reasons you can come on without thinking. Release all barriers. Then turn on each paper and write "The reasons I'll get this are the following ...". This exercise helps you to eliminate doubts that might otherwise put in the brain as a negative blockage. Writing down and visualizing makes your goals more concrete and you get a positive picture of how to do just to achieve them, without a lot of negative thoughts that stop you. It's also very powerful to meditate and visualize what you want to attract.


I really believe in LOA cause it has happened incredible things in my life since I started using it. I wanted a job, after 2 months I've got a job. I wanted to move to a house, about 6 months later I moved to a house. I have also tried to attract money and now I have a better economy than I ever had. I wanted driver license and after 4 months I've got it, everything happens so fast I can't believe it! I try to feel like I'm already rich, I behave like I am. It's not easy, you need to practice your brain to let go of all negative thoughts and really live in it. And always be grateful for everything that you already have.

Visualize something positive and do not let your negative energy take over. Learn to shift the focus and open up your eyes for opportunities. Change focus from fear to trust, from irritation to joy and from stress to balance.
