when nothing goes write you should sleep but what if your sleeping make the thing even more worse then it was before. one who prefer to sleep in tough time and don,t face the hardship is know as coward .
well, you do have a point :) The good thing is, most of the time everyone's sleep is mostly beneficial. You may have bad dreams here and there, but over all, your sleep will help you clear up your mind

Yeah friend this method really works! Sometimes I do it and it gives me perfect solutions! I don't know whether it's wrong time or something wrong the way we do! But a break can make things correct! Simple but a very powerful life hacking tip you just shared with us!
