My I can do whatever I wan't was a reply to somebody telling me which posts I'm allowed to read and you would have known that if you had bothered reading the full context unless you are in need of medical attention.
Your example would put me in breach of your personal rights as in those of your personal space, the right to not have to interact with me I would then be the aggressor you would be defending yourself which you have a right to do.
The reality, somebody threatening they are going to kill me if I read something is a completly different matter you are requesting something of me to what you have no right and threatening me with consequences you have no right to carry out(or means) if I dont comply
