Before You Eat, Consider The Heart of Your Host :)

We don't eat only children of the trees and other plants -fruits and seeds -, and bodies of other beings like plants and animals, we also eat with our mind by watching TV, reading books, etc. And those latest can be really deceptive. Do we really know whose food we dine?
We also eat sunlight - our body absorbs it - if we spend enough time outdoors.
We also nurture ourselves with good-heartedness, and gentle, goodhearted, and benevolent relations.
Moderation is key.
good work
Are we dining with a ruler daily? If we are under his control, then in a sense we are, I think.
I just found this today and will try and keep up with it. It's been a while since I have done any bible study :) Very nice idea for reflection.
I used to eat a ton of sweets at banquets. But I gave it up due to the very things mentioned in the proverb.
