I dont understand how the money works. The $$ seems not going up. Some articles has low votes but high $$ but some high votes but low $$. Any piece of advise or comment?

Different people have different voting power. Someone with lots of Steem Power can give you a very valuable upvote. You can look under wallet in a person's account, it will show how much Steem Power they have.
I see.. Thanks for your explaination.. means whose low steem power has less power I assume
