I’ve been planning on writing this post for quite a while now, I thought that this may help many entrepreneurs that are still newcomers. On this new entrepreneur posts we’ll see a quick guide for helping you how to focus your hustler efforts on achieving that which you really desire.

But first, here’s my introduction:

Hello I am Humberto Quintanilla, inveterate socio-economic entrepreneur. Bitcoin advocate and Nikola Tesla fan.

That’s my life summed up in 15 words, I encourage you to do the same in the comment section below, write your life in 15 words.

Achieving your Dreams

Be unrealistic

When you set yourself towards achieving something, naturally, we don’t know what we want, or how we want it or how to achieve it. One should strive for greatness. Strive for completing a goal so unrealistic, and seemly impossible. Why? Because it’ll be easier to complete without any restraints set by ourselves or other, we’ll no longer have to meet other expectations.

Action over stagnation

Don't let examination become stagnation. By combining examination and action in form of small and controlled experiments we’ll be able to achieve those long term goals.

Failure scenarios

Fear can be dangerous thing when we are executing our plans of action. But, it is not fear itself that stops us from moving forward, its fear of the situation we get ourselves into if we fail.

To overcome this, create a set of “10 worst case scenarios”, each situation would be labeled by a number, 1 for the mildest situation and 10 for the most intense and disadvantaged situation.

This way you’ll be able to assess if the reward is worth the trouble and efforts. Remember high risks involve high rewards.

Short term over long term

It’s much easier to keep track of that which you’ll need to do to achieve short term goals. You can set and track activities by using apps like Todoist, Trello, Google Calendar, or ScrumDo.

Endnotes

I hope these steps help you to become the entrepreneur you wish to be, or aid you to better achieve that which you want to do.
