I wouldn’t assume that any of the Steemit staff would never announce that they filled the form. It would’ve unethical since certain people would have privileged information. What would happen is those people could profit heavily on the news that Binance will or could list a coin.
This happened in the past when Coinbase introduced Bitcoin Cash with insider trading.
