Dynamic Upvote ROI (Profit) Calculations
Following the recent change in upvote profitability that ensures +10% ROI for vote buyer, a new feature was added to the system.
Recent drop in STEEM price resulted in lower demand for upvotes in general. To ensure that @tipU won't hit 100% voting power (which means that part of the profit would be lost because steem user can not accumulate more than 100% VP to use it for upvotes), the upvote profitability increases if @tipU has some "unused" voting power (basically more than 80%).
The increased voting profitability is communicated to the vote buyers trough @tipU profile page and https://steembottracker.com (more about this below).
This shouldn't affect profitability for investors by much but it can increase payout variation (smaller payout today -> higher payout tomorrow and vice versa).

@tipU has finally left the "others" bot section on https://steembottracker.com and now it is displayed among other top voting services :)
It helps to increase @tipU visibility as well as provides an easy way to check current @tipU stats important for vote buyers: max upvote and profitability (ROI).
Voting Status Display
Those stats are visible also on @tipU profile page. When @tipU goes to sleep to recover voting power, it is reflected on the profile page too - the background color goes blue and there's an information when the voting will be active again. Quite useful for vote buyers.
STEEM MONSTERS Lottery
The steembasicincome daily lottery was switched to STEEM MONSTERS daily lottery. More info here. This has no effect on payouts but the boosters packs are funded from the curation rewards. In other words your delegations help to fund one of the coolest initiative on STEEM blockchain :)
Quick Profitability Check
Still #1 but I wonder how the recent STEEM price drop affects the future results - almost all bid bots allow negative ROI for vote buyers which means investors earn more at the cost of vote buyers, who loose money.
hopefully steem rises and then more profiting on upvote purchases.

There's no minimum, @tipU can track even 0.001 SP delegation (although getting first payout will take a lot of time ;)

Lately @tipU was under attack from 2 spammers who created hundreds of new accounts and not all of them were blacklisted by any service. I've implemented new ways to filter those accounts which sadly resulted in no upvotes for the normal users (just a few, one of which you can see below ;) - but there was no other option, at least the spammers stopped.
In other words, it's not always easy to filter spammers, unless I manually monitor all upvotes 24/7.

I have been out of town for a week and haven't made any postings but am pleased to see that @tipu has made it to the top of the APR listings for delegation. I am also glad to see it as a better and more visible option on the steembottracker.com web page now. I think it will help it get used more. I've delegated another 100SP just now to help. I know it's not much compared to others but I am trying to make more available to voters and make something in return for myself as well. That brings me to a whopping 300SP in delegation.

Yes (with memo: invest), but currently it's disabled because one user invested 2k SBD which took all @tipU unused STEEM POWER. Please check daily if the invest are accepted or send back.

Which is better? Investing STEEM directly, or delegating SP? I think, the profit is same, but based of the difference between the tokens, it is any sense to choice one or another method?

It's always better to power up STEEM - the more you power up, the more influence you have over STEEM ecosystem.
Yet, if you just invest STEEM, you can refund it any time you want. Undelegating takes 7 days for the SP to come back to you (this is how STEEM blockchain works).
As for the second question - yep, it's for sending tips and upvotes :)

I made a delegating as a try, just 1 sp. Delegating is not cumulative, yes? So i have to undelegate, and then make a new delegating?
