I upvoted you because I question who is grumpy cat account to decide what is a shitbog? If they downvote steemit abusers I am cool with it. But deciding what is or is not worthy of buying an upvote is lame and overstepping. And why not go after accounts that bought delegation to upvote every comment they make instead of being the judge/jury and payout executioner of quality on a blog. That is very subjective.

I hope I don't get downvoted. I rarely speak up here. I just see such flagrant abuse here on Steemit from all over I question voting people down because you don't like the quality.
