Pass the ball:
The success of every footballer is based on the quality of his pass. Many think that the best player is the one who spends doing incredible tricks to leave the opponent behind, but it is not. This is not to say that you do not need this type of skill in the team, it is needed and much but reaching that level is a matter of much practice, discipline and physical conditions. Personally, I think that football has now lost to a great extent that magic that constantly delivered us Ronaldinho, Figo, Zidanne... It should also be noted that these last players who named, despite having an extraordinary dribble, his greatest skill was an accurate and well measured pass to the foot; They also had a very scary free-throw punch.
Entering into matter, passing the ball efficiently, is a matter of practicing the simple formula that I will tell you below:
Pass with inner edge:
This technique is the most effective of all; It's the one we all learn a lot before we kick a ball. It should be done with the inner side of the foot (if you are right, you do it with the left part of your right foot; If you are left-handed, you do it with the right side of your left foot). It's easy to master, it all depends on the constancy you put into your practices. Once you master it, you will not only make excellent passes, but also have a greater chance of becoming an excellent free shooting collector like Messi, Cross, Isco, James, among other players who use this technique to kick.
Pass with outer edge:
This way of passing the ball is alternative, few professional players use it because it is very risky and tends to be harmful to the legs; Modric is the player who most uses it today and it works very well, this is a matter of practice and have mastered the first technique I gave; Roberto Carlos was a Brazilian player who dominated this technique perfectly, he even had a very powerful three-toed punch (I recommend looking for his videos and physical exercises). This way of passing the ball is done with the external side of each foot (if you are right, you will make it with the right side of your foot; If you're left-handed, you'll make it with the left side of your foot). This technique is recommended to dominate after learning the inner edge.
Pass with the toe and the instep:
Although these parts of the foot are used to hit the ball being close to the opposite arch or to clear a ball in our bow; We can also use it to give long passes or bombita; Also can be used to sleep the ball when it comes air, Cristiano Ronaldo is a player who well sleeps the ball with the instep, is also a master hitting the bow with the instep and the tip, just like Bale... This technique is applied with the upper part of the foot for the instep and with the front of the foot for the tip.
Taco Pass:
This is the most risky of the techniques but if it is applied well, it will be the most effective of all to give short passes and in counter area to enable a colleague who only has to hit the bow. Usually coaches get annoyed when their players use this technique but I recommend it a lot for those who play side and end. It is important to note that it is a matter of much practice and constancy to master this skill.
All these techniques make great to the players of today and always: Ronaldinho with his elastic, Christian with his trimming, Messi with his passes Bombita, Cross with his reputation of not giving bad passes... It is a matter of practice and commitment to become a professional.
It should be noted that we can also give passes with the head, chest, knee and back, but this is for a more advanced level that has obviously already mastered the techniques that I gave above.
I hope you liked it and helped a lot. Soon I will be talking about how to practice these techniques.
