1.Never give up.
If any one want happyness in life .You should be fit means your are a person like physically healthy and mantally away for all desire that not be fullfill no pain in your brain and mind .you are mantally and spiritualy fit.
2.honest for himself.
If any one honest and good for himself then its good for spiritual fitness and good step towards your good growth
