This was taken right by the waterfront in Seattle. The ferris wheel was lit up in different patterns and occasionally would appear like an eye, but it was only noticeable in a long exposure shot. Dun dun dun. Let the conspiracy theories begin! lol
Equipment used: Nikon D600 w/ Tamron 15-30mm VR f2.8
Settings: Manual mode, f22, 5 sec, ISO 200
No post processing was done (except shrinking the picture down to a reasonable size)
Beautiful shot! I really love the reflection on the water too. And thanks for suggesting long exposure as the theme this week! I've never played around with long exposure, and I appreciate the inspiration!

Thanks! I've had a lot of experience with long exposure and thought it would be fun for everyone to give it a try. I'm glad that these challenges are motivating me (and others) to go out and take photos. I was kind of slacking for awhile.
